If you are interested in experiencing Sonrise Baptist Church of Mobile in person, here is some information that will make your first visit with us as easy and enjoyable as possible.

WHERE IS THE CHURCH?

Sonrise Baptist is located on Snow Rd. just off Airport Blvd in West Mobile about 2 miles west of the Mobile Airport.  Our physical address is 140 Snow Road South, Mobile, AL 36608.  Get Driving Directions

WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR?

Dress comfortably.  While some people dress up, most wear casual and comfortable clothes on Sunday mornings.  Wednesday nights are always casual.  Don't worry about what you wear, just come and experience the difference and enjoy yourself.

WHAT ARE YOUR WORSHIP SERVICES LIKE?

We offer a contemporary style worship service on Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m.  and 10:30 am with worship led by John Mashburn and the Praise Band

WHERE IS THE SANCTUARY?

The sanctuary is located directly in front of you when you enter through the main doors.  There is also a welcome center just inside to help assist in finding where to go with children.

DO YOU OFFER A NURSERY DURING THE SERVICES?

Yes.  We have many wonderful volunteers that love children and will be glad to take care of your children of all ages during the services.  We also offer an alert system should you need to be notified about your child during the service.

WHEN DO YOU OFFER ADULT BIBLE STUDIES? (SUNDAY SCHOOL)

Bible Study for adults is offered during the 9:00am and 10:30am hours as well as on Wednesday Nights at 6:40pm.

WHEN DO YOU OFFER YOUTH BIBLE STUDIES? (SUNDAY SCHOOL)

High School and Junior High Bible Studies are offering during the 10:30am hour and on Wednesday Nights at 6:40pm.

WHEN DO I NEED TO ARRIVE?

Plan to arrive 10 - 15 minutes before the beginning of the service so you can get a good seat and be ready to Worship when the service begins.  This will help minimize any distractions during the services as well.

WHERE DO I PARK?

There is plenty of space reserved for guests.  Our Visitor Parking is located in front of the main entrance near the covered drive.
